| 306- Spanish Harlem: March 26th 2006 - Spanish Harlem, NYC: Home - Visions, Negative feelings in bedroom. Investigators: Dom V, Dan S, & Gilberto Conclusion: Although we did not witness any paranormal activity we did find several reasons why the home would seem haunted. First we noticed that the temperature in the room was 87° and the air was thick and dry. A pipe that ran from the floor to the ceiling yielded 158°. We estimated that when the heat was at it's highest the room could reach at least 100°. We also found high EMF reading throughout the entire home but no natural EMF readings at all. While sitting on the bed the trifield meter read 5 to 7. We established that there is a boiler room beneath the apartment and poor wiring that was giving off high EMF readings. We believe the temperature along with the high EMF readings may have caused hallucinations. We made some suggestions and are keeping it touch to see if it helps. EMF - High level reading throughout home from electrical sources. Between 10-35. Natural EMF - No readings. Temperature - No significant changes - Between 85° & 89°.
